5. Revisions

  • We provide limited revisions as per the agreed project scope.

  • Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content, images, and materials on time.

  • Ensure that all provided content does not violate any laws or copyrights.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The final design and website will be transferred to the client only after full payment is completed.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

8. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on timely feedback and content from the client. Delays from the client side may extend delivery timelines.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • If the project is cancelled midway, charges will apply based on the work completed.

10. Support & Maintenance

Post-delivery support will be provided as per the agreed plan. Ongoing maintenance may require a separate agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any loss of data, revenue, or business

  • Third-party service failures (hosting, plugins, APIs)

12. Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party tools or plugins. We are not responsible for their performance, updates, or pricing changes.

13. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
