All payments made to Web Console Design are subject to this refund policy.


2. Advance Payment

  • A minimum advance payment is required to start the project.

  • This advance is non-refundable once the project has begun.


3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Project has not yet started

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Service cannot be delivered due to our limitation


4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be provided if:

  • Work has already started or completed

  • Client delays or fails to provide required inputs

  • Client changes requirements midway

  • Project is cancelled by the client after initiation


5. Partial Refund

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on:

  • Percentage of work completed

  • Resources already utilized

Final decision will be made by Web Console Design.


6. Revisions Instead of Refund

We encourage resolving issues through revisions rather than refunds, within the agreed project scope.


7. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable.


8. Timeline for Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Client must notify cancellation via email

  • Charges will apply based on work completed
